The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, with expertise in managing and closing property deals. As a Senior Rolling Property Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, conducting market research, advising clients, and driving sales. Your role will be crucial in maximizing the value of the properties under management while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for occupancy and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and potential investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance, including financial analysis, market assessments, and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor junior property agents, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Qualifications:
