Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Property Finder to join our real estate team. The Property Finder will be responsible for identifying and sourcing properties that meet clients’ needs and preferences. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and clients. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional service and achieving successful property matches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source properties based on clients’ requirements, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on property availability, trends, and pricing in the area.
- Build and maintain a network of property owners, developers, and real estate professionals to access a wide range of property listings.
- Arrange property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about the properties.
- Assist clients in evaluating properties, making offers, and negotiating terms.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
- Provide clients with regular updates and progress reports on their property search.
- Collaborate with other real estate agents and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient property search process.
- Stay informed about local real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns clients may have.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of local property markets, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple property searches simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A valid real estate license or certification is a plus.
