• CV and Content Submission

• FORAS does not guarantee job placement, and candidates apply to job postings at their own risk.
• By submitting content, you grant FORAS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the Platform’s services.
• Privacy and Data Use

• Your privacy is important to us. FORAS will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Job Postings and Applications

• FORAS is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or safety of job postings. We do not verify the authenticity of employers or job offers.
